Licensed roadway cafes may operate seasonally from April 1 until November 29.
Food Establishments Approved for Outdoor Dining
Review a map of food establishments approved for outdoor dining in NYC! Visit the Outdoor Dining Application Portal and click "Search" on the lower right corner of the map.
In addition to the food establishments approved for outdoor dining, find a list of food establishments that received:
- Conditional approval for sidewalk dining (pdf) - list updated periodically
Food establishments that submitted a sidewalk application before the August 3, 2024 deadline are allowed to operate their sidewalk cafe during the application review process. Review a list of food establishments that applied by the August 3, 2024 deadline (pdf).
